Information on the Website’s Accessibility

We place great importance on the accessibility of our website and therefore strive to design it to be accessible. The legal basis for accessible design is the Act on the Strengthening of Accessibility (BFSG) and the Ordinance on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services under the Act on the Strengthening of Accessibility (BFSGV).

Description of the Service and Explanations

The service offered on the website allows consumers to request appointments online with us to plan kitchens and interior designs. To this end, we provide an interactive booking tool that allows users to select their preferred appointment time. The goal of this service is to provide easy, digital access to requesting in-person consultation appointments.

The service is provided through a multi-step online form that includes the following steps:

1. Selecting a Service: If there are multiple locations to choose from, the user first selects a location and then chooses a desired service (e.g., “Kitchen Design,” “Interior Design Consultation”) from a list of available options. To do so, the user clicks the “Select” button.

2. Selecting a Date and Time: After selecting a service, you can choose from available dates and times for that service in a calendar. To do this, select an available start time on the chosen date.

3. Entering contact information: The user then enters the contact information required for the booking (e.g., name, email address).

4. Submitting the booking request: Once you have finished entering the information, you can submit the booking request by clicking the button provided for that purpose.

5. Confirmation Email: Immediately after submitting the form, the user will receive an automated email confirming receipt of the booking request. This email does not constitute a binding booking confirmation.

6. Response from the provider: We will then contact you by email or phone. A reservation is not considered binding until we have confirmed it.

The booking is therefore not fully automated; rather, it is a two-step process consisting of a booking request from the user and a personalized response from us.
